A new roof A job well done but expensive very professional and I would use them again

The sales rep inspected the current roofing, then provided estimate on the spot, along with a thorough explanation of the work to be done. He had samples of the materials to be used, and explained the options. Work was done in one day, and they did a great clean up job, too! Rep and workers were all very nice.

Both Michael and Pat were excellent to work with. Entire process was fully explained, all my questions answered, and they were willing to answer additional questions after our initial appointment while making my final decision. I was very pleased with the workmanship, the cleanup, the followup phone call to see if I had concerns or problems, and how quickly the warranty arrived from GAF. I thought their pricing was fair and in line with the quality of work provided.

The whole process went very smooth, from the first phone call to the project completion.  I dealt with the owner of the company from start to finish.  He met me on time for my appointment to measure my roof and give me an estimate.  Once he gave me the estimate and I gave him the verbal OK, he brought me a written detailed estimate and explained everything on it.  He also took the time to explain how his crew was going to install the new roof.  He and his crew showed up exactly when they said they would and completed the roof on time.  The one thing that I liked was that they only removed the portion of the old roof that they could re-roof the first day.  This way my house was protected from rain during the whole process.  I've seen other roofing companies come in and tear off all of the shingles the first day and then have to cover the roof with tarps if it started to rain.  They cleaned up and left my yard and house clean, neat and ssafe after the first day.  I also liked that the owner was there when the crew was finishing up and cleaning up.  He too was helping clean to make sure that all debris and roofing nails were properly hauled off.  I will definitely use them for future projects and repairs.

It went very well! They did a terrific job, done efficiently and quickly. Michael was the project manager and he performed exceptionally and professionally.

We had damage to our fascia and soffit from Hurricane Matthew. Extremely satisfied with the repairs. Pat and his team were very prompt and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to call on them again in the future, and would definitely recommend them to others.

Overall process went well.  I do not recall the specific budget for the roof but do remember it came in under budget.

We contacted Michael Jones at CCC and asked him to give us an estimate for a roof replacement. He came out that same day and had no trouble getting on top of our very high pitched roof to get an accurate measurement for what would be needed. He was able to provide us with an estimate on the spot in a professional for with literature that explained everything that would be included in the replacement. We were extremely happy with the fast and prompt service that he provided and the courtesy he showed to us during his visit. We would definitely recommend him to any of our friends that are looking for a great roofing contractor.

The guys worked quickly and efficiently getting the job done for a fair price. I highly recommend Pat and his crew for roofiing or any other home construction needs.

Very helpful! They came out right away to inspect the problem; however, we didn't use them as they mainly do large roofing jobs which they agreed we didn't yet need. Nevertheless, they got up on the roof and inspected the suspect area and told us where the problem was so we were able to tell our handyman what we needed. No charge.

Carolina Custom Contracting was extremely responsive to our needs.  Extremely professional throughout the entire process.  The best part of the experience was knowing that they were able to resolve our situation quickly and without added expense. Pat and his crew are our go-to contractors for any repairs that we need.

Not only was the crew extremely efficient and timely in the repairs, but took the time to make the sure the work was done right (i.e. called after next rain storm to make sure all was holding up). The price was fair and competitive and it was nice doing business with a local contractor that knows our area and the conditions in which we live in. They not only repaired the roof where the leak occurred but also repaired the ceiling in the bedroom where the leak had come through. I would highly recommend them for roofing needs, as well as other general contracting work. For a fair price, excellent turn around (efficiency) and knowledgeable crew, Carolina Custom Contracting is an outstanding person to keep 'handy'.
