Great crew. Very professional. It was not an easy job installing a commercial grade outdoor radiant heater, and large outdoor ceiling fan. They did an excellent job!

A small portion was part of a larger project with Archadeck. The rest was directly between us and the Hale's. This is a family run business and the experience was great. Because this was exterior work on an existing home, we added conduit instead of trying to go through walls. I highly recommend having Ryan come by before beginning the work. He has an eye for lighting and even had suggestions for his employees during the job for aesthetics. He took the time to go over how everything would look. His employees were very polite and respectful, minimizing the impact on our family during the work. They made sure we knew in advance when they would need inside and/or garage access so we could schedule accordingly.

Not well. Still not sure what work was performed and I know at least one item was never completed. Invoice was vague. Promises to come back never happened. Said I could pay with card over the phone, but then said no. I received a nasty call about non payment and informed the accountant that work was still not complete. Invoice was $100-200 over estimated cost. Work never completed.
