This company has great reviews, but unfortunately my process was not smooth at all. I was told I would receive delivery on Wednesday. When I called on Wednesday to see what time they would be delivered I was told that they never put me on the schedule that day. She was appologetic and told me delivery would be done on Friday. When I called Friday at 9:30 to ask when I should expect the bales, I was told delivery would be at noon. When I was skeptical, I was told I would for sure get my delivery today, she promised, and that if it didn't come today it would be free. Noon came and went, no needles. By 1:00 I called and left a message asking where they were. By 1:45 I got a call back. I said she had told me I was suppose to have delivery by noon, she claimed she never told me noon. She told me her son had left uptown at 1:15 and should be at my house any minute. They did not get to my house till 3:00. It was a frustrating experience. I just wanted to get started spreading so I wouldn't have to spend my whole weekend doing that instead of spending time with my family. I would not recommend this company and would not use them again. Perhaps others have a better experience and good for you.

We had used Carolina Needles last year and were so happy with the results that we used them again this year. They put fresh pine needles in all our beds. It looks great.

Pine needles were delivered and spread in front yard natural areas within 24 hours of my request. I asked for 20 additional bales to be delivered for my family to spread in the backyard. Elaine's son and daughter-in-law did a beautiful job and the bundles of needles were huge. I actually had too many for the backyard project and shared some with my neighbor! She compared the needles quality and price with some that she purchased earlier in the week and will use Carolina Pine Needles in the future too! Elaine was wonderful and very nice to speak with over the phone. I will definitely call on this business again.

I was impressed that the guys showed up on time and did an outstanding,professional job of placing the pine needles in and around our property. The curb appeal of our home is definitely enhanced and it allows our landscaping to " pop " with a fresh look. I was particularly impressed that BEFORE spreading the new needles they first raked away the old, stale ones. If you or your company are looking for fresh, new and great looking long leaf pine needles, you should give Elaine Robertson, the owner of Carolina Pine Needles a call. We have used other companies in the past, but none compares to this one.

Great job, will use them again. However, we are stopping our subscription to Angie's List, since they are against religious freedom, in Indiana. Why Angie would be against this I have no idea, or why it has any impact on their business. It is too bad because good contractors like this will be hurt!

Elaine and her team arrive on time, on a holiday, and put down approximately 170 bails of pine needles. They did a great job at covering some fresh dirt from where we edged the beds, then rolled and tucked the needles and finally cleaned all of the needles out of bushes and plants. They did a great job and took their time to make sure it was correct. All of this was done about an hour from where they are based. Thanks for the great job.

I called Elaine to get an estimate for delivering 30 bales of pine needles. She returned my call in under 30 minutes and delivered the pine needles to my home 10 minutes later (she happened to already be in the area). The delivery was quick and very professional. Elaine told me if a needed any extra bales, even if I needed just two bales, she would be willing to deliver that small amount when I needed it. Carolina Pine Needles prices are competitive and the service is excellent!

I think Elaine hung the moon. Her husband showed up just on time, as promised. She was out of town, but called to make sure everything went OK. This is a wonderful family business, with outstanding customer service. I supplement my HOA's efforts for needles, and Elaine will definitely be hearing from me this fall. You won't go wrong with Carolina Pine Needles - competitively priced with excellent service.
