Mr. Owens was quick to return telephone calls. Explained exactly what the job would entail and made sure we understood it. Work was done quickly and efficiently. He and his associate cleaned up after themselves. Project came in under budget.

The work was excellent. They were here when they said they would be and kept us apprised of each stage of the construction. This is the type of work (termite damage) that prohibits an exact estimate as usually mare damage becomes apparent as they cut into the wood. They kept us aware of the exact cost as the work progressed. Marvin and his crew were fantastic and I heartily recommend them for any type of construction work from small repairs to remodeling and whole house construction. Marvin is also a licensed electrician which saved additional money as some wiring had to be moved.
