 + -1 moreMr. Owens was quick to return telephone calls. Explained exactly what the job would entail and made sure we understood it. Work was done quickly and efficiently. He and his associate cleaned up after themselves. Project came in under budget.
Description of Work: Made repairs in laundry area in kitchen due to years of unseen water damage. Provided support for floor joist and replaced sub flooring.

 + -1 moreThe work was excellent. They were here when they said they would be and kept us apprised of each stage of the construction. This is the type of work (termite damage) that prohibits an exact estimate as usually mare damage becomes apparent as they cut into the wood. They kept us aware of the exact cost as the work progressed. Marvin and his crew were fantastic and I heartily recommend them for any type of construction work from small repairs to remodeling and whole house construction. Marvin is also a licensed electrician which saved additional money as some wiring had to be moved.
Description of Work: Removed and replaced approximately 125 feet of termite damaged foundation sills and floor joists. This is the part of the structure that rests on the foundation and holds the walls up. It is very difficult work and any errors can be catastrophic. They had to remove part of the wood siding and since this is a 100 year old house, he had to mill the lumber to match the damaged siding. The entire job took approximately 3 weeks.
