Description of Work: They have been twice now -- I could not be more pleased. In fact I have never been more pleased. I recommend them highly! |The cleaning is very thorough -- as promised. Description of Work: Initial top to bottom cleaning of split level home (about 3000 sq ft) and screen porch.

Description of Work: I called them and gave them the square footage (2,400 sq ft) and location of my home which is in good condition (I'd just been hospitalized and needed help) and they gave me a price range for service over the phone. They then set up an appointment to come see the size of my home to finalize the price. They never showed up for that appointment. I called them back and they set up another appointment. They later called to cancel that appointment and set up a third appointment. During that visit they gave me a price that was much higher than the estimate range on the phone. Oddly enough, she told me it wasn't based on my home but on the fact that I lived in the country, the job was too small, and she had to charge more to cover all her employees and business expenses. I'd already given her all the information over the phone. She promised to call me the next day with the phone number of a smaller company that would do houses out in the country and smaller jobs. I never heard from them again.

Description of Work: Cleaning our house weekly, very professional, one of the best cleaning services we have ever used.

Description of Work: The four ladies do general house cleaning. They clean three bathrooms, dusted nine rooms and vacuumed 2800 square feet of carpet. Thy also mopped the foyer and the landing. They bring their own supplies and do it in just under two hours.
