house at $40-50 below on the price per square foot compared to all of
our identical neighbors and comps. When we disputed the appraisal and
asked for a simple remeasure, he and his boss wouldn't even consider
it. We have original builders blue prints, two appraisals, and title
documents all reflecting a much higher square footage (all within 6 sq
feet). Travis was highly unprofessional, takes no pride in his work,
and didn't seem to care that his lack of attention to detail cost us the
sale of our house.
