Price Construction of Orangeburg SC

Note: This kitchen was done 5 years previously by another contractor that did not measure properly and left the job very unfinished. I
decided to let Price Construction of Orangeburg start over from scratch.
My home is an older home of plaster and with the kitchen in the middle of the house, I was very concerned about the removal of the existing cabinets and damage to the plaster. Mr Price was extremely careful with the removal of the old items and cut them out one by one and the existing plaster sustained no cracks or damage.
He carefully removed some of the floor tiles for the process and replaced them towards the end of the project. Additionally, he handled the new counter top, added a gold metallic tin ceiling over the existing plaster ceiling, a backsplash of marble tile all around the kitchen, correctly repaired a pocket door that had been worked on several times before, and installed thresholds. All these were things I would have had to hire out additionally to complete my kitchen. Many of the things I had hired to be done previously and he fixed the damage and poor workmanship that several others had left me with.
I plan to use him again to install another tin ceiling in my den and to add additional insulation to that room as well.

The project went quickly. Mr Price did the majority of the work in his shop and brought the completed pieces to my home for the final installation. He set up his tools in the carport area in the event we needed adjustments. All the pieces fit together to within 1/8 inch clearance without adjustments except cut out of the back to match the existing molding. He eventually added additional shelving to the closet and new closet doors.
