Leigh Ann promptly responded to my email that she and her boss would be glad to meet with me to answer my mortgage questions, including information about special programs for low-income individuals and/or disabled individuals. Since I have interacted with Leigh Ann in the past, such as opening a free checking account with her and receiving my written instructions on how to set up my on-line banking from her, I knew that she would be able to help guide me as to what to do. She offered to have me meet with her and her boss to answer my questions. I was unable to go today, but will be making an appointment shortly to meet with them. I have had about 5 or 6 interactions with Leigh Ann since I do have my car loan with the bank at a terrifically low rate, and having opened the checking account with her, I knew I had found one terrific banking manager. Not only is she receptive, helpful, and kind, but she is knowledgeable over a wide range of banking and financial topics. In fact, Leigh Ann actually beams and conducts herself with such patience, professionalism, and aplomb, that I will be doing virtually all of my banking transactions that require going into the bank at the 1820 Columbia Road First Citizens Bank branch location in Orangeburg, SC. The tellers there are very conscientious and friendly, and Tiffany Hunter and Lee Allen, other bank specialists, are always welcoming and helpful too. This is an A-1 branch of an excellent bank with about 175 branches located throughout South Carolina (with some branches being in Georgia and North Carolina) that lets you feel at home whenever you enter their doors, and that's something I place a very high value on, especially with a bank! This bank lives up to what it advertises itself to be: "No hassles, no baggage, no worries ... We're On It!
