They received the car in a non running condition. Absolutely no eltrical power at all. Vehicle is a Cadillac SRX. With in a few hours they diagnosed the problem and quoted me a price. I asked for the serpentine belts to be replaced at the same time. Car was ready as promised and worked performed as described. Was disappointed though car was not washed like my BMW dealer does. For the type of car and money spent this would be a nice extra service.

We got a very reasonable price and they got us out of there within an hour which is very unusual when one is on a vacation and we could have lost a whole day. They were very friendly and very expeditious. They only charged us the diagnostic fee. They did not charge us any additional labor cost to install a part. We tried to get into another shop that was right there and they said they would not be able to get us in. They were the ones who came over to roll back us and said that take could take us to the dealer. The dealer took care of us when they dropped us off. The experience was very favorable and we were very pleased with them.
