They are reasonably priced, friendly, and hard working. They came immediately, with no wait or delay. Were willing to wait while I called Direct Buy to inquire about signing the paperwork. I will use them again.

Mr. Ruple provided a verbal quote a few weeks before the move. Lead time was 2-4 weeks.
They arrived on time and worked hard and fast. Fragile Items were diligently wrapped and protected. They arrived at the destination in a timely manner. They dis-assembled and re-assembled all furniture, beds, desks, etc. using their own tools. No surprise or extra charges of any kind. Mr. Ruple seems like an honest man.
*Positives: cost $, quick, handy, experienced and reliable if willing to accept some risk - see below.
*Negatives: no formal contract, just a verbal informal 'gentleman's handshake'. No inventory accounting. Dubious credentials: business card doesn't disclose address or license #. Doesn't accept credit cards.
