Florists
This was a major inconvenience as we were expecting the services ordered to be performed within the promised time-frame. We had to hunt down the flowers and, due to a previous engagement, arrange to have someone meet the florist at the Church the following morning in order to deliver the flowers.
My husband requested a 50% refund, which we were immediately promised. After a week, the refund still hasn't been issued, and we are now told it will be another 2-days.
The flower arrangement was okay, but ended up being an arrangement that would have used at a funeral home. We made it clear that the order had nothing to do with a funeral, but the arrangement ended up being a funeral arrangement. Worse yet, the flowers died after only a few days. After all that money and inconvenience, the arrangement couldn't even stay alive past 5 days.
