 + -1 moreThis was a major inconvenience as we were expecting the services ordered to be performed within the promised time-frame. We had to hunt down the flowers and, due to a previous engagement, arrange to have someone meet the florist at the Church the following morning in order to deliver the flowers. My husband requested a 50% refund, which we were immediately promised. After a week, the refund still hasn't been issued, and we are now told it will be another 2-days. The flower arrangement was okay, but ended up being an arrangement that would have used at a funeral home. We made it clear that the order had nothing to do with a funeral, but the arrangement ended up being a funeral arrangement. Worse yet, the flowers died after only a few days. After all that money and inconvenience, the arrangement couldn't even stay alive past 5 days.
Description of Work: We ordered flowers to be delivered to our church on Friday, February 8th for the weekly flowers. We were asked when "the body would arrive". We told the clerk that it was not for a funeral but for our church's weekly flowers; that they needed to be delivered between 11am and 2pm. We were guaranteed a delivery for 11am on that February 8th. We were called by the Church later that day to inform us that the flowers never arrived. We later found out that the flowers were delivered to the wrong church. There's only one Catholic church in the area, so we are at a loss over how the order could have been delivered to the "wrong catholic church".
