The pressure washing itself went fine. The patio pavers were harder to clean, so several buckets of bleach were poured over them. They did get cleaner, but in the process the bleach ran onto the lawn and killed a fair amount of grass.

Excellent job and excellent customer service from Jeremy. When I discovered a few hard to reach places that weren't completely clean, they immediately scheduled a timely return visit and took care of it. They wouldn't bill me until we were completely satisfied.

Showed up right on time and ready to go. The workers were organized and worked well as a team. Meticulous attention to detail. The house looked brand new when the work was completed. We had not done the roof before and there were signs of mold. After washing looked great.

Employees arrived on time and were very nice. They did just an okay job but I expected better for the price. They missed a couple of windows and screens that I had to clean but overall house and driveway are better than they were. Not sure if I would use them again

The company was easy to work with. I was able to get an appointment for just the time and date I needed and they arrive on time and worked very quickly. The house had set empty for about two years, so there was a lot to be done, and the staining on the siding was very bad. But, they were able to get all of it off very quickly...the house looks brand new. The young men that came out were very nice and courteous and they offered to leave an invoice for me to pay from. I highly recommend them and I will be using them every year to do my power washing.

The provider cleaned the vinyl siding and blew out the gutters. On the original scheduled appointment day, the individual who came to the house did not have the proper equipment to clean my two story house; however, the company promptly rescheduled it and provided me a discount without asking due to the convenience. They were professional all around. The siding and windows were sparkling after the cleaning

I am writing this 6 months later so I could relate a bigger impact upon the quality of their work. First I called and talked to Kari who was extremely professional. I was mainly concerned about damage to my hedges and plants from the substance used to clean the house and the roof. Kari explained to me the products they used would not do any damage to my plants. We set up an appointment and they actually arrived 15 minutes early. They got to work and after they finished I could not recognize my new house! Now, 6 months later, my house still looks just like it did 6 months ago! I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone seeking these needs for your home.
I have received numerous compliments concerning how good my house looks.

Owner did a great job of communicating with us what to expect. I orginially asked for the house to be cleaned but after seeing what could be done with the drive ways and dock, I decided that those items needed the cleaning more than the house or at least it seems that way as they really stand out now. Very impressed with how effecient they are and on the one bad weather day, they communicated with me to let me know they would not be able to do the work that day but scheduled us imediatly. I have used them for several years now and have reffered other homeowners their way.

Max came out to the house, explained the work required and provided an immediate estimate. The work was performed within the time frame I requested. The roof looks wonderful, I am very pleased with the job. Questions asked by email were answered promptly and they graciously accepted a coupon I had. I am extremely pleased with the work and I will recommend them to others. I would definitely use them again.

Scheduled work, giving me arrival time, total work time, and explained how to prepare.Work was done by two-man team using professional equipment. I have a heavy planter on patio which they forgot to replace, but promptly returned to replace it.

We've lived in the area for over 7 years now and require pressure washing services for our house and paved areas annually. Can say without a doubt Water Works is the best in the business in the Lowcountry area!!! The Water Works team is fair priced, prompt, professional, and thorough every time we've requested their services. This company called back promptly after our initial contact. They arrived on schedule to give their estimate. The estimate was a better price than some of the other services. He arrived on the date promised to wash our house and even called ahead to tell us he would be a little early. The power washing was done promptly and thoroughly. I wish all contractors were as easy to deal with as Water Works.
