+ -1 moreClosed on Nov. 19, 13 after inspector said all problems were minor. Second inspector hired and found the problems existing.
Description of Work: Builder is sub-standard, wood flooring is cheap, looks like a washboard. Have been trying to get them on this since November, 2013.Ceilings are bowed, tapes show. We do not have a square corner in the house. Paint was sprayed on, no primer used. We had missing flashing, broken shingle on roof, porch columns are not in good repair. Sheetrock inside was badly damaged and not repaired properly. In short sub-standard work.
