+ -1 moreWe had a problem with our heat pump. Since we had been in the house only a few months, we used the home warranty service AHS who put us in contact with Wesley Williams of Williams Heating & Air. Wesley came out at night, checked out the unit and discovered the problem. He showed us (newbies to heat pumps) how to get the best heat from the unit unit the necessary part would be available. When it was, he came out - again at night - and made the replacement as well as doing some maintenance on the unit. Wesley was professional, personable and conscientious. I have his card and, should we ever require service again, he'll be the man I call.
