The initial installation of the system went well.  The owner, Robert Shealy, is a very nice man.  Professional and knowledgeable.  Everything was fine until this winter when the weather got so cold and dropped into the teens.  We contacted Mr. Shealy multiple times to come and take a look at our heating system because it was running all the time and only getting to around 57 degrees inside the house.   He was very slow to return our phone calls.  Finally got him to come out and he checked the system.  Said everything was fine and the system was just working hard because the weather was at an extreme.  He adjusted some of the settings on the unit and said we should be ok from that point on.  The next week when the weather dipped again we had the same problem with the house not heating like it should.  We called and Mr. Shealy said he would research the problem and get back with us.  We called for the next 5 days and never got a response from him. 
We ended up calling another company.  They came out and found the thermostat was faulty.  Mr. Shealy is very nice but we think he must be really busy to not get back with us.  We're really glad we didn't wait any longer and went with another company.
