Keith Mack is not an honest contractor. I would not recommend this contractor to anyone; unless you're looking for cheap, sloppy results. He will overcharge you; "cut corners" and use cheap materials. His patience is short and his commitment is worst. He won't start the job until he has received most of the money; then, he'll drag a 3 days job into 3 weeks. He will work on other jobs while on yours and leave your work in limbo for days or even a week without informing you of his plans nor intentions. After dealing with his slackness for over 3 weeks, I had enough and his services were terminated. I also requested my money back and at that point he only offered 1/2 for a job that he didn't deserve any money; but I was willing to negotiate. At this point, he stopped returning my phone calls. So, know in advance that his integrity sucks and once he has your money, your phone calls won't be returned.

I had never dealt with a small business for a job this large until I was introduced to Keith Mack.  I called and asked for an estimate and he responded immediately.  He came to my home the next day and gathered information according to what I wanted.  He had photos of previous jobs to show his quality of work.  Needless to say, I liked what I had seen.  His estimate beat any other person within a 25 mile radius and the job was completed in 1.5 days.

I just love my new deck :)
