We have no trip charge for local service plumbing, and our fair hourly rate beats book pricing, hands down. We are open and operating Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm. We also offer weekend service and 24/7 emergency service for a small extra charge.

Dependable, reliable, knowledgeable and reasonable plumber! We have used Mike for 2 separate plumbing repairs. He is the BEST plumber around. Doesn’t price gouge and does phenomenal work. Highly recommend.

As Good as it gets! That's the review. We have used Mike and his team more than once and this latest time was a monster of a job. We had 2 toilets that were not draining properly. It turned out to have multiple causes that we have ignored for decades including a corroded galvanized pipe that eventually collapsed, an ancient clay pipe that had broken, and cleanout connections that had been buried by plumbers long ago. It was a mess that took multiple trips and all kinds of tools including camera and jack hammer. What a job! Mike and his crew took copious notes and pictures and itemized everything for us so that it was easy to see what was being done. The cost was what was to be expected and the cleanup they did was such that it looks like nothing had ever been done. They did an amazing job. We will continue to use The Watershed Plbg. Co. for all of our plumbing needs in North Myrtle Beach and we encourage you to do the same.

The bill was ridiculous and the work wasn't even completed. Pulled them off the job and had a reputable guy finish. The worst experience ever with a plumber.

"Ms. [Member Name Removed], Your problem was a leak under the concrete floor of your house. When locating and repairing a slab leak, if it takes more than one trip or more than one day, I only charge one service call. You were only charged one service call. During that 2nd trip I was able to locate and repair the leak. The only thing that had to be completed was to put your water heater back after drywall repairs were done. I can only guess that is what you are referencing when you say, “the work wasn’t even completed.” I have accumulated about 10,000 customers in the past 32 years here. I must be somewhat of a reputable guy since we have countless repeat customers. I have never sought out reviews, but if I did, bad ones would definitely go un-noticed."

I have used them for 20 years. A in cost, honesty, everything. For example, they replaced the head in my shower, and charged me $100 and the owner of the company sent me back a check for $50 and said they overcharged me. That is honesty.
They are a family business. If I have any problems with my plumbing, they take care of it. The service is A+.

- HORRIBLE
I contacted the owner 5 minutes after they left and the owner told me: " call the police right away. This is the fifth time, now the sixth time they have been accused of doing this. Have the police stop and frisk them. I want to catch them ."
Much more was said but all indications from the owner is that he wanted to catch them in the act.
This is a much longer story but I think that is enough said.
They sent 2 people that the owner knew were accused of theft over and over with no warning to the unsuspecting public.
Owner refused to give me back my $100.00 but the company I purchased the dishwasher from did give me my $100 back.

"I am Mike Stevens, the owner of Watershed. This customer was advised to call the police because that is how I would advise anyone who accused my employees of a crime. The customer was NOT told that there had been prior accusations against the employee he suspected, and there had been NONE. The employee no longer works for me, but has started his own company in the area. Not once has he been contacted by the police concerning this matter. It is curious that the thief would take one $100 bill and leave the second, as this customer alleges. Nonetheless, there is no evidence of this alleged theft and no charges have been pressed. This review is slanderous."

We called for them to do the work and they scheduled it for the next day. The unit wasn't broken, but we felt it was time to replace it to avoid any issues. They came on time and did the work in approximately one hour. They were careful and neat.

They were able to eliminate extra problems due to them being able to come out when they did. I spoke with the plumber and he came to do an assessment. They were very knowledgeable of the work. They were prompt and courteous. They gave me the rates upfront, explained the work that would need to be done. They were honest as they were working and found that they didn't need to go under the house. They have scheduled a follow up to complete the repairs. They accurately diagnosed the problem and this saved us a lot of money because fixing secondary problems with other companies would not have solved the overall problem.

They gave me an estimate on the phone and showed up pretty close to the time expected (3 hr window). Because I have a galley kitchen it was hard to manuever but they did the job and didn't leave a mess. i was satisfied.

My called was answered promptly and we agreed to a one hour time frame to complete the service. He arrived within that time frame and quickly completed the jobs I requested. He was professional and courteous and gave some good advice on future plumbing needs. Would definitely use this service again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for good, professional plumbing service. Price was fair and reasonable for the work completed.

Our water heater gave up the ghost sometime on a Saturday. We knew we had a problem, because the pan
beneath it was holding about an inch of water.
Called Watershed Plumbing at their North Myrtle Beach number on Monday morning at 7:45.
By 10:30 that morning, our new 50-gallon water heater was fully functional and heating water for our needs.
We were quite impressed with the speed and efficiency of the two young men who came to take care of our
problem, David and Mike. They were professional, courteous, and congenial. They had the old water heater
(12 years old) disconnected and loaded up in their truck in an amazingly short time.
Equally swiftly, David and Mike uncrated the new water heater and secured all the necessary connections.
When they drove away, all was neat and tidy, and we parted as new friends.
When my husband placed his initial call, the individual who took the call was able to provide thoughtful and
helpful advice about what choices might be made, and helped us to our best solution.
Whenever we have any plumbing problem arise in the future, we'll be dialing WATERSHED PLUMBING!

Everything went very smooth. The two men that arrived were polite and respectful not only to me but to each other. They worked very well as a team getting the old water heater out and the new one put in. I was told it would take about an hour and a half and that is exactly how long it took. They did a great job protecting our home during the process and took the extra time to clean up when they were done.
The company did an awesome job squeezing us in on short notice so the fact that they showed up a half hour late really had no negative impact on my impression of the company.
The price was fair considering the short notice, the fact the water heater is in the attic and it took an extra man for them to complete the job.
I was very pleased with this experience and will recommend The Watershed to anyone needing quick, excellent quality and professional water heater services.
