Everything went FANTASTIC. We all used Realtor Kirk Nobles and he went above and beyond and took excellent care of all our needs. Only wished we had more family to have him assist with their Real Estate needs.
As you can see from above my entire family has used Kirk...can't get a better recommendation than telling family that they have to use Kirk to meet their needs.

My husband & I live in NJ but have had a townhouse in NMB for 20 + years and finally decided it was time to move to a one story home.  Our insurance company has a realtor referral program but we weren't pleased with the references they provided so our son did some online searching and came across Kirk Nobles from Re/Max Southern Shores. 

Kirk was fantastic!!!!  He far exceeded our expectations in every way.  Kirk was hands on from beginning to end, addressing all our needs and communicating with us every step of the way (which being from out of state was very reassuring).  As with most home sales, there were minor repairs that needed to be done and Kirk arranged for everything and ensured all work was done promptly and professionally.  Prior to closing the buyer's lender had an issue with the townhouse HOA and Kirk jumped right in to address the issue and even had a local financial advisor explain the issue to the association so that we were able to retain our buyer and make it to closing.

For our new home we elected to go with new construction, something we had never done before but Kirk made the process transparent.  When we were in the area he joined us to meet with the builder and when we were out of town he was on every conference call meeting.  Kirk also provided us the references for the attorney and mortgage company we elected to go with.  These entities were great to deal with us and reassured us that we had the best representation in Kirk Nobles.

Kirk went above and beyond in every way humanly possible.  We could not have asked for more in a Realtor.  He is knowledgeable in the local area, the real estate market and in assessing the needs of his clients.

Our son has relocated several times and has a very high standard for performance and he was so impressed with Kirk that when he decided to relocate to the area he contacted Kirk to serves as his Realtor.  Kirk was able to find him the right location for his new construction home.  Kirk impressed him with his referrals and research into local pool and fencing companies for the additions my son wants to make to his house.  We are all so pleased with Kirk.

My husband and I have always wanted to purchase land here in the NMB area, preferably the Cherry Grove area.  I began working with Eileen when we saw a home we wanted to look at and because she had been sending me updates for the area on regular basis it was a no brainer for me.  Some agents may think that the automatic message that goes out, when there is a change in the home that meets the requirements we as possible buyers give you or put into a system is not important.  It was very important for us.  Eileen walked us through the process and showed us several homes that we requested.  She was there - "Johnny on the spot" ever time.  Eventually, we found the perfect parcel of land that gives us access to the waterway (It's only 4/10 of a mile to the boat ramp and only a golf cart drive away from the beach!!!!   She was awesome.  If you have any realtor  needs  - please, please give a call to Remax/Southern Shores ------ Eilleen Henricksen!!!!!!!!!  Love tthis woman - she was a God sent to me!!!

The agent we had was great. They showed us what we wanted, anything that we wanted to see. They were so personable and easy to work with and worked around our schedule.

I used to be in the real estate and construction business in England. She is very impressive and she knows her stuff. She is a good listener and she works hard for her clients. I am currently using her to look for a property which makes it the second time that I would be using her. She is very trustworthy, which is a very important component for me. She is a high performer from A to Z. It could be hard to find a good real estate person sometimes but I would recommend her to anyone and she would be my 'go to' person for Myrtle Beach. She markets the property better than most and so, you pay for what you get. I would not use anyone else.
