I wanted to remove my old shower/bathtub and replace it with a tiled shower. I had 3 other consultations before deciding on Janssen and Oceanside. I knew immediately after meeting him, that I knew he would be my choice; and he did not disappoint my gut feeling ( of course the work he showed us was AMAZING too :)). He and his team were PROMPT, FRIENDLY and CLEAN! We felt so comfortable having them in our home! In addition, we were made very aware of every step of the process! Everything was taken care of, and I didn't even have to shop for my own tile, pans, grout etc ( unlike others that I consulted with)! In addition, he set up the "glass guy" to put up a half glass wall, which turned out AMAZING, as well. The price is on point, and the quality of work for the cost SURPASSED my expectations! Oceanside Renovation is the REAL DEAL! I cannot believe how beautiful my new tiled shower is!!!!!!!!! I cannot recommend this company enough! As it is always good to get a couple consultations for a project, I promise you that you will and SHOULD definitely go with Oceanside!

Janssen did a complete remodel for me this past winter. I wasn't able to be there most of the time but was impressed at how well everything went. I am thrilled with the outcome of my place. I wouldn't hesitate to use Janssen again. He is also a very talented specialty painter!

Oceanside Renovation follows the 3 R's - Responsive, Responsible and Reasonable. I needed my living room/kitchen area painted after removing vinyl wallpaper. I was hesitant to get the work done because of an experience with another painter who did a similar task of removing and painting in the bath and hall. After that work was done, I was cleaning up plaster dust for weeks. After hiring Oceanside I was so pleased with the outcome. Janssen assured me that there would not be a mess. The first day he (and his adorable wife) removed the wallpaper. Then Janssen sanded the walls using a sander with a vacuum attached. There was no mess at all. The next day the walls were painted with a good quality paint in the color I requested. The job was finished in 2 days and the experience of working with Oceanside was so easy. I hope to use Oceanside again for any future projects and I will not hesitate to refer my friends to them.

Jannsen is a very talented young man. He painted the interior of my home and installed crown molding in many of the rooms. He takes great pride in his work. We had an unheated, unfinished bonus room above our garage. Oceanside Renovation turned this space into a beautiful bedroom, completely painted with hardwood flooring and with heat and AC.The workmanship was outstanding. They sent daily photos of the progress. We received various quotes and Oceanside's was the most reasonable. We are planning future remodeling and Oceanside is high on our list for these jobs.

He is excellent. Does beautiful work and can do everything. He even came back to redo some work for me.
