Mr Suggs was very responsive. He came to our house the day we called for an estimate and had an estimate to us within an hour of leaving. He gave us options and he was very pleasant to deal with. He and his crew (including his son and grandson) came at the day and time agreed upon and removed our old heat pump that was failing. The had the new heat pump installed and the single air supply changed out in less than half a day. They cleaned up as they went. Overall, it was a very good experience.
