About us

Investment Property Advocates are also investment property owners at Barefoot Resort and other areas in Carolina Forest. Therefore we too have experience in the complexity of being an investment property owner and some of the difficulties that come with it particularly if you are not from the area. Some examples are dealing with property management firms, tenant problems, legal issues and state lease landlord regulations, insurance requirements and HOA contracts and their interpretation. Similar to many aspects of life, you need someone to have your back.
