He arrived a bit late but I would credit that to the trip taking longer to our house than expected since we live on the opposite end of the county than the company. I showed him the problem areas including a stain another company had not been able to get out. The technician was honest and explained he may not be able to get it up either. The estimate was based on measurements he took. I feel this is a great way to pay for this type of service. He went right to work and did a wonderful job. After pre-treating each room, he would run the cleaner over the carpet then would brush the nap of the carpet up. He worked deliberately and efficiently. Good news is that the old stain was removed! Worth the extra expense to us! I would highly recommend this company! They are great! I've eluded that they charged a bit more but the company we had used previously was an aquaintance of my husband and we may have received a large price break. Don't know that we got our money's worth with the old company!
