propane sales, outdoor kitchens
 + 0 morePretty much explained above...Failure on both sides of their business...propane installation/delivery, and outdoor kitchens/grill sales. Worst business that I have ever dealt with in 30 years of dealing with companies like this.
Description of Work: Two different situations, both horrible results. First was the design, purchase and installation of an outdoor kitchen. Took 9 months, then the design of the frame was wrong. Had to order my own fix for the design error, and then though promised, they never would return a call to finish the installation...so design errors, won't return phone calls, failed to finish the job. Tried to stop payment but was too late. Second situation was to evaluate a neighbor's house for gas installation. Took 6 phone calls for someone to finally come out, and then they missed that an installation was already there unknown to the recent house buyer.

water heater repair
 + -1 moreI was concerned because I didn't get a bill last year. And I called them up and said when was the last time you checked my tank and they're like oh we come out every couple months and check it you just haven't needed anymore gas.
Description of Work: I use Ford's Fuel and Propane for water heater sales. They came out and installed my water heater. They come every couple months and they check the gas and see if I need anything in there and they automatically do it. They've been great. The men that come out that do the work, their here when they say they are gonna be, that's who I go back and do business with. The people that are honest, they do what they say they are gonna do.
