Pretty much explained above...Failure on both sides of their business...propane installation/delivery, and outdoor kitchens/grill sales. Worst business that I have ever dealt with in 30 years of dealing with companies like this.

I was concerned because I didn't get a bill last year. And I called them up and said when was the last time you checked my tank and they're like oh we come out every couple months and check it you just haven't needed anymore gas.
