FLS Landscaping

The initial services they provided were great and they did a great job on my yard but I also signed up for regular lawn maintenance which was not provided. They came by a few times but then stopped showing up. I called numerous times and they always said they would be coming by but they never did. I eventually stopped trying and never heard from them again. They didn't charge me for any services that were not provided but I was left in the dark and for multiple weeks I had no lawn service. 

FLS Company promises many things, but cannot deliver on over 90 percent of their landscape maintenance contract.  At best they can only mow lawns on an occasional basis, but as for the other items promised, these items were not delivered as per the terms of their contract.  My husband and I would have to call and email the company almost every time they were schedule to mow the lawn, because they were "NO SHOWS" on the date and time specified.  At these times there were no inclement weather to prevent the mowing.  I have dead plants that the company originally planted and indicated it would replace, and to date the plants have not been replaced.  Some of the plants the company planted now have a white powdery substance forming on the plant, and the company made no attempt to remove the substance or evening let us know that there was a problem.  We had to find the problem ourselves.  I now believe that this company was trying to establishing itself in Myrtle Beach area (moving from Charlotte, NC), and they needed a customer base.  So they offered their services at reduced rates.  When they started to collect customers who were paying higher rates, the company began to drop their earlier customers.  They drop their customers by not showing up to perform their contracted services.  Unaware customers still pay their fee of $120.00 per month and receive little or no services stated in their contract.  When you request the company perform the promised services, you do not get a straight answer, and they just continue to ignore you.  I DEFINITELY CANNOT RECOMMEND FLS LANDSCAPING, LLC.
