Never heard from them.

DAM Tree Services was well represented by Angie's List. I look for "A" rating before I will hire a candidate for work on my home. DAM got all "A"'s and rightly so. The owner came and gave me an estimate free of charge. The price was reasonable and I went ahead and scheduled a work date. Not only did he arrive promptly, but he brought in an impressive team of 6 men, who all seemed to know what they were doing. They worked together efficiently. The trees were very close to my home and an eminent danger to my house in a bad storm. They managed to take down both trees without threat of damage to my home. They even cleared about 10-15 feet of saplings and brush behind my fence. They ground down the stumps of the pine trees to where you would never know that the trees had ever been there. They cleaned up well. 
I am very happy that I was able to get the recommendation from Angie's List and that it proved to be wonderfully accurate. I will use them again and recommend them to neighbors and friends.

Did not use. Called twice and left a call back number. They never called. I guess they don't need the business. They could have at least returned my call. Do not know when I phoned them last.

All went just as planned. Removed about 15-20 major limbs overhanging house. Arrived on time and took about two days to complete all work. Very positive experience.

The job was scheduled with in a week of our initial estimate. The day they were scheduled was following a heavy rain the night before and we mutually decided to postpone the work for one day. The crew and eqipment arrived at the time specified and the job was completed by 5 or 5:30 PM. The final price was the same as the estimate. The crew and owner were very pleasant to work with. A nest of baby squirrels was found and a girlfriend was called to pick them up and rescue them. We were very pleased with the service and the price. We experienced tree removal at another home in NC after Hurricane Irene and the price was shocking!
When contacting the service call early, about 7 AM. If you call later the call was usually returned early in the evening.

Overall, they provide great service. They do a great job!
