What was cleaned was done thoroughly and was immaculate, however, they only allotted 2 hours which was not enough time to complete the job and they had to leave to go to their next scheduled appointment.

Shannon was pleasant; prompt and quick. She came with a team of women to get the job done and was out in 2 1/2 hrs. I would definitely use this service again.

my home was cleaned very well for the most part. But, there were many things that were not done, and with me being disabled I couldnt correct the problem areas that were missed. When I texted the company with my complaints, the owner was very SHORT, not interested to come back and clean what was missed, but wanting to give me a full refund. I let her know that was NOT necessary because most of the work was fine and that she asked me to "LET HER KNOW" if there were any problems, but she was not wanting to hear the truth. So I just ended the text very nicely, even complimenting the owner for her work that she herself performed calling It a phenomenal job!! and ended with "I'll be in touch and a smile emoji. I'm sad to say she never replied back!!

I was so impressed. I had a Deep Clean done and they sure came through. They did my doors, fans, cabinet fronts, washed all the baseboards and chair rails. She had 5 ladies here and when they left I didn’t recognize the place. And it “ smelled “ good to. Having her back every month now. I thought it was a little high priced for a “deep clean” but it was worth it. I really recommend this company.

They called the day before to confirm, they showed up at time expected, they brought enough people with them to get the job done, the cleaning itself was great, and they were all personable and friendly.

Come in and work hard and quickly and are eager to please. They definitely have their system perfected.

Shannon and her team did a fantastic job deep cleaning our recently purchased home. They arrived on time and worked diligently the entire time. All were polite and very professional. Coastal Housekeeping owner is very professional experienced and organized. Coastal housekeeping cleans my condo unit, that I rent out on a regular basis, and does a thorough cleaning job. The bathrooms and kitchen are shiny and clean. The linens smell fresh and clean. The rooms and floors are all super clean and setup nicely. If there is something broken/damaged the handyman services notify me and can fix the issues. I recommend them highly.
