CGA took my vehicle right away. After inspecting the issues I asked them to check, I received a phone call apx. 30 minutes after dropping it off. The good news was that the fluid leak and engine noise were related and an easy fix to re-clamp the power steering line. They asked me to go take a look at the undercarriage to show me the level of rust damage. The mechanic was so kind and treated me like an intelligent person, not just a woman that doesn't know anything about vehicles. (Granted, I don't know a whole lot, but I appreciated that he didn't treat me like an idiot because of that.) He lifted the van so we could look underneath, and he showed me his concerns about the rust on the frame and brake lines. He was honest that there was nothing that could be done about the frame and that the brake lines would require replacing, but the expense may not be worth undertaking due to the age of the van. I let him know that for now, I just wanted the power steering fixed. He did it within 30 min. I believe they provided quality, honest service. They were informative and extremely helpful. I will go there again!

They were very courteous as usual. They had suggestions on what I could do to prevent this from occurring again since this is the second year I've had this happen.
They are very accommodating and treat one as a valued customer. Their work has been excellent.
When I've had to buy tires they find the best price for good tires. I checked this out and they had done exactly that.
