Technician arrived at the scheduled time, was very professional, and not only fixed the issue, but gave the door a general lube and readjusted the tension spring. No issues, and will definitely call them again when the need arises.

They responded within an hour of my call. They fixed the problem and completed the work in about 20 minutes. They were professional and would call them again. Given the level of service I can't complain about the cost, but wish it was a little less expensive.

Called Carolina Garage Door at 8:30 AM to see how soon they could come out and repair our garage door, which was inoperable and we could not get our car out of the garage.
They were here at 12:30, made the repairs, including replacing a defective keyless entry pad before other repair companies said they could even be here.
Very professional, and came when they said they would. Would definitely use them again.

Don Kay arrived promptly after my call. He fixed the problem completely (and changed the light bulb as a favor to me). he charged nothing over the minimum ($65) which was announced when I called.
