I called at 10am. Pam was very friendly and helpful. They had a tech to my house by 2pm same day! Adam (the tech) was very professional. He was able to diagnose and resolve the issue very quickly. Highly recommend Brogdon!

Don’t use this company! They’re not honest when it comes to billing. I have been robbed of $100 because of misleading missy! 100 bucks isn’t a lot but if they do this to 10 customers a week it adds up! I was looking for someone to come check on my circuit breaker because it was tripping when I turned on my pump. At the time Missy was very kind and sent someone out to look at it without explaining that it was a service call and I would be charged 103.00. I was led to believe that I would be billed based on the work required. No work was required because it was faulty equipment not the circuit breaker. I’m not upset about paying I understand that no one works for free I’m upset because I was lied to when told I would get a free estimate and when I called missy to get an understanding she blamed me and acted like she did me a favor.

Everything went very well. They thought they would need to order another switch but they had one with them. They were quick and efficient also very professional.

Walt came out to give me a quote on running power for a garbage disposal. At first we thought we would be able to run power from an existing power source but later decided to run a separate circuit so we had to revise the original quote some. Walt came back out and did the work himself. He showed up on time and was professional and courteous and was respectful of the property and was careful to clean up after himself, he was really great to work with.
The only issue I had was that a phone call or two wasn't returned, but after I called back I was quick to get a response. I would recommend Brogdon and will probably use them again for some future work I need to have done.

I phoned Brogdon Electric based on Angie's List reviews. Mr Brogdon was fast to return my call and come to my home for the estimate. He quoted a fair and reasonable price for the work I needed. The Brogdon receptionist, who is pleasant to speak with on the phone, set up an appointment that suited my construction schedule. My door installation contractor ran into an issue with the wiring of a light switch and I phoned Brogdon to add it to the punch list.
The technician arrived at my residence shortly after I received a call from Brogdon stating he was enroute. The technician went right to work discussing the 220 to 110 step down. He verified my preference for the location of my receptacle and light switch and worked quickly and carefully to complete the work. He had to spend a great deal of time in my attic and had to fish wire to the location of the new switch. He explained everything he was doing as he went along and he cleaned up after completing his tasks. I was ready to pay him and he stated I would be billed for the work. I received the bill a few days after the work was completed and it was very fair / reasonable. They even offer online e-payment for convenience. I will definitely utilize their services again in the future if I have an electrical need.

Brogdon Electric came out to give us a free estimate to replace the breaker panel and add additional circuits. The price was reasonable and we decided to go with Brogdon. They came out a few days later, replaced the box, had the inspector out, and we were ready to go in what I thought was an extremely quick timeframe. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and extremely efficient. I would highly recommend Brogdon Electric for any electrical need you may have. If needed in the future they will be my first and most likely only call.

The company representative was very nice; she worked with me to schedule an appointment around my work schedule. She was very clear about their (very reasonable) rates even though she couldn't give a phone estimate because of the troubleshooting nature of our electrical problem. The electrician arrived promptly at the scheduled time and worked quickly and efficiently. He was friendly, polite, and nice to our dog. And he took the old ceiling fan with him; it was great to not have to worry about that.

Where the electrician replaced some of the switches, a new 3-switch faceplate was needed. However, the picture frame molding in our bedroom wouldn't accommodate the 3-switch faceplates he had with him. Instead of trimming out molding down (and maybe messing it up), He took our old faceplate with him and found the right size faceplate in a matter of just one business day. He was even going come back out and install it, but it was easier for us to pick up the new one and install it ourselves because of our work schedules.

All in all, we were very satisfied with this company's work, and we would definitely use them again.

They were more expensive, but they did what they said they were going to do. I was satisfied with him. They did a good job.

I have had good experience with them. I like their professionalism. The first time I used them was in January of 2010 for some odd electrical work and they were responsive in answering the phone and in setting up an appointment. The person who came out got the information of what I wanted. He was very professional in terms of assessing and giving me an estimate of what the work was going to cost. The people who came a couple of days later to do the work had detailed information on exactly what it was that I wanted to get done. They were very friendly and competent individuals. They were on time and did a good job. The last time I used them I spent $100. I had an electrical issue on a weekend with my water heater and they were out in an hour to fix the problem for me on a Saturday.

Brogdon Electric did excellent. They knew that the house I had them do work on was a vacation home and they sent us a bill to our main home address so we did not have to worry about paying on the spot or having to track them down to pay the bill. The estimate they give is usually what you pay as well.

Very good service. Had to rewire some in our living room ceiling. Very professional and very courteous. Great gob. Was prompt, efficient.

Installer arrived on time and performed installation in an efficient and professional manner.

Existing kitchen florescent box lighting removed and new hanging light installed by another contractor. The light was hung at a length greater than expected. We asked Brogdon to adjust this lighting as well as run new wiring to put it on a separate switch. We also requested that they run new wiring, install and wire to separate switch, two new pendant lights to hang over kitchen bar. To accomplish these requests they had to also wire and install a new mutli-switch plate. They followed our instructions perfectly allowing for individual controls, dimmers on those requested and a single plate appearance.

Very well...one of the fans is on a ceiling that needed a 15 foot ladder which was the main reason for hiring the work done. As it turned out, that fan was quite difficult to install and was glad we hired someone else to do it.

The electrician came at the scheduled time, he was very friendly, and professional. There was a problem with the dimmer in the dining room so he checked to be sure the three way switch was properly installed - it was. He was very honest in that he could have told us the wiring was bad and what would we know? If we need to install new fans we will definately use Brogdon Electric before calleing anyone else.

There were some serious electrical issues inside and outsdie of my newly built house. I could not contact the subcontractors to have them come back and fix these things as the builder had not paid them fully. I was fortunate to locate Brogdon Electric. They have come out on numerous occasions. They showed up at the appointment time, fixed each problem quickly and correctly. Each of their employees were courteous and professional. They are not inexpensive but when the problem is fixed the first time, money well spent.
