I cannot place a dollar amount on this service because many services were performed un related to each other.
I leased a home in the late 1990's from Tony Whitfield of which I eventually bought the home. All actions involved with this lease and sale were above board and excellently handled with professionalism. I later in the next decade leased a home for my mother, price was great and home was very decent. Never was there a problem with the 2 year lease! We honored the lease contract by paying on time, usually early and never missed a payment. Too many people reviewing this reality fail to mention they did NOT abide by the contract and were consistantly behind in the rent.
I find Tony Whitfield and outstanding and reasonable person and businessman, I also need to mention he is an American Veteran with great values. Upon turmination of the lease for my mother which moved on, all aspects of the closing were honored and in accordance with the lease arrangement.
I have great feelings for Tony and his company, I would lease or buy a home from him in an instant.
