I cannot say enough positive things about Wando Roofing!!! The process of getting a whole new roof seemed kind of intimidating for me at first, but after Shawn the owner came over and took the time to explain everything clearly and offered a free estimate, then I decided to hire them. They showed up on time for all appointments, and the cost was low and affordable. The quality of their work is absolutely superior!!! They responded quickly to any issues. They cleaned up all the mess and debris very well. Wando Roofing has made this entire process rewarding and exciting (for me as the homeowner). The Wando Roofing team is fast and highly professional! They even went above and beyond to make sure I was happy by installing a new rain diverting piece for my back porch, and Ian their repair man did an amazing job installing it, plus fixing some previous vinyl siding damages and a gutter issue. I am so very impressed by this company. I highly recommend Wando Roofing! This team of hard workers is extremely professional!!!

Charged us a $250 service fee to come out and put a blob of caulk on the roof. It didn’t fix the problem and after trying to get them back out for 2 week, texting, calling, and even reaching directly out to the tech, they aren’t going to come back. Beware.

I won" t recommend Wando Roofing to anybody. They don't do what they promised. They only respond to you when they need your money, after you pay, no response.

After calling two other companies and not getting a response, I tried Wando Roofing. Shawn was at my house in less than half an hour. He assessed my roof problem and had a crew out to do repairs the next day. They did an outstanding job, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From now on, I won’t call anyone else. The guy that came to our house explained what the issue was and what caused it and was able to quickly and easily repair. I appreciated that they were available on the day of our issue to come out and assess and repair by the next morning.

Every little bit of the process was explained fully and options given.

Excellent! Service was timely, professional and from roof to trim work all work was done exceptionally well. Shawn of Wandow Roofing is plain spoken - he tells it like it is and gives numerous examples to teach you along the way. Examples found while doing the estimate or later during the tear off. He even forwarded me pics of things he found as the work progressed he explained what was found, how it should be vs how it was and what it would do if left vs what should be done.

They did a great job and went above and beyond on the repair!

Shawn called me shortly after I started to look for a roofer on a Friday afternoon. He came out that day and my roof was repaired on Monday!! Excellent work and they did not leave a mess!!

Wando roofing was very fast and thorough. From the initial inspection to the actual repairs bring completed, it was a very fast process.

Very quick to respond and timely doing the repairs. Fair pricing with a free estimate. I hired them and had a pleasant experience. I would definitely hire them again, but I am moving out of state. Passed the info to my realtor if someone needed a roofing professional.

They did a great job. The roof was in worse repair than originally thought with all 16 rafters needing to be replaced. And all of the decking. The increased cost was fair. My only annoyance-i had asked if oneof the men would look at a board o my deck that was loose. I was told he would send someone to take a look at it, which he did, but neglected to tell me the cost of this. And it was ridiculously high.

Were vary fast to contact and provide a quote. I took a few weeks to decided so when I contacted about starting the job they were weak with their communications back to me. Once the job was started they finished in 2 days and roof looks great.

I could not have hoped for better service at such a reasonable price. Highly recommend this company. They arrived in less than 2 hours of calling to schedule an appointment.

Wando gave us a plan and quickly executed it. Very well done.
