We had aluminum fence installed by these guys and it was not done well at all. The screws were driven into the posts so tight that it bent the metal. The fence isn't straight whatsoever and it isn't level either. It took forever to get a response from them but when I did they gave me some confusing complicated reasoning behind this and that saying that it was supposed to be that way. we had to have another fence company (carpenter sons) come in and repair this fence as best they could. They didn't charge me much and were able to atleast get it leveled out better but couldn'treally fix the bent metal where the hardware was. Will not recommend town and country to anyone ever again. Carpenter sons seemed to know what they were doing.

I contacted quite a few fencing companies. Many companies did not call me back. I found Town & Country Fences LLC on Angie's List. I called and they sounded very professional. It is a husband and wife team. He came out and walked the yard with me and looked at everything in detail. He measured it twice. He brought a device that he could use to find the metal pins in the ground marking the property line. He did that free of charge. Other companies wanted to charge me additional to find the pins. He gave me a brochure with a selection of options. I chose what I wanted and gave a down payment. Their service is good, their quality of the product is also very good. The product arrived within the 6 week period that he told me it would. After it arrived they scheduled an appointment with me. They came out and installed it in 2 days. They set the fence and post in concrete 1 foot deep, making the fence very strong and stable. They are a very good company to do business with. They did exactly what they said they would do on time. If you want a good fence with no hassles and get the job done right, you should call Town & Country Fences LLC.

.Did a very professional job on our fence, and did it in 1.2 days. Very good quality job with 2X4 stringers used for the fence. and 2 gates, both gates very well built and good quality hardware used. The fence is straight and solid and exactly what we wanted. The workers were poilite and hard working; they cleaned up after the job was finished, and even worked through a 1/2 hour rainstorm to get the job done.

They were scheduled to install the fence posts on Feb. 16th, but could not due to weather. They did call to explain. One Feb. 17th a gentleman arrived and installed all fence posts. On Thursday, Feb. 19th, they returned and installed the fencing and 3 gates. The work was done on schedule despite the rain and cold weather and it looks great. The crew was friendly and seemed to be very conscientious.

They were very responsive and were able to make sure that we got exactly what we wanted. Craig came out and walked our property, discussing what would look the best. In fact, he gave us a great deal on a new set of banisters for our porch as well.

Craig and Karen Story were great to work with, friendly and professional. Craig came out promptly to provide an estimate. Once we decided to go forward, they helped with our HOA approval and we set an install date that was delayed only once due to rain. Craig and the crew were right on time and got the job done in a day. Our fence looks great and is plenty sturdy enough to keep our big dog in. We have gotten compliments from our neighbors and would be happy to recommend them.

He was very helpful giving me what i needed to deal with the HOA. He was punctual in both the estimating process as well as the build. He answered the phone each time i called, and didnt have any issues when i changed my mind on what type of fence i wanted after he had provided me the original estimate. He dealt directly with the city obtaining building permits. All in all he did a wonderful job which he completed in two working days.
