They sent their service person over and he sprayed a chemical throughout the house along all the baseboards, inside all cabinets and all places he could get to. I sill noticed some bugs a month later so I gave them a call and they came back over the next day and sprayed again at no charge. The experience I have had with Superior Pest Control has been very professional and they have done what they said they would do.
