 + 0 moreI hired Mark Gehl of SKG Painting to put up a fence. He asked for payment for supplies and $300 labor upfront. He shorted me on the supplies and never showed up to do any work. The experience caused a loss of $600 plus damage to the supplies (from sitting in the weather for a month) and a lot of stress!

 + -1 moreHe came out and we were satisfied with the painting, but he painted a light color over a dark color. He didn't put enough paint on, so we can still see the darker paint showing through. We called to let him know, and he was going to come out and fix it, but he didn't show. He hasn't returned our calls since then.
