These Cody for a fantastic job. Water damage is a frightening experience. No prior experience and actually did not know the extent of damage done to our home. Cody was very professional and exhibited lots of patience with all of our questions and concerns. Everything was completed to our satisfaction.

Excellent, friendly people. They came right away to give a free quote. They told me what they were looking for as they diligently worked through their thorough process. They gave me a fair estimate and did the work promptly. I believe because of their timelines and know-how they saved me hundreds if not thousands of dollars.

Rainbow was very prompt and professional. They responded quickly and got things dried out. In the middle of all of this (and dealing with the insurance company) we had Hurricane Matthew. We didn't suffer any damage from that, but Rainbow was suddenly faced with a lot of customers who were likely a lot worse off than we were. Nonetheless, our contract manager stayed on top of things and worked as quickly as possible to finish our job. They are an excellent company to work with and I will use them again if I ever have a need (hope that I won't, though!).

I mentioned we could not use several Large Older Oriental rugs as they are too big for our downsized home and he returned the ones that were to be put into use and the Orientals that I would not be able to use, he wrapped them in Ultra Heavy Duty Plastic sealed so I could put them in storage.  I DID NOT REQUEST THIS AND was overly surprised. 

He returned the carpets in pristine condition.

It is funny that I found I failed to answer this survey as I decided I wanted him to come and clean all the carpets in my home and wanted to make sure I hired him again. 

Okay, now I understand why I had at least 12 friends who recommended this company! I was very impressed with Rainbow International from start to finish! The owner, Jim Belton was courteous and professional when I initially called to set up an appointment. He worked with what was convenient for me not just his calendar. The crew arrived promptly at the agreed upon time and knew all the details of what they were contracted to do. The carpeting looks amazing and the stains were completely removed! I will use this company over and over again and definitely refer to friends and colleagues. Rainbow International is a company you can trust!

My husband and I rented a townhouse downtown that was previously occupied by tenants with a very large shedding dog. They left the carpets in poor shape with stains, dog hair etc. Jim Belton of Rainbow International was contacted and came out with his crew on the same day to clean the carpets in order to accommodate our move in schedule. The carpets looked and smelled brand new! I would recommend this company to anyone needing to freshen up their carpets!

Jim Belton responded immediately to my request for a cost estimate, and the quality work was performed in a timely way.  His crew made recommendations about replacing some upstairs windows, and the cost for all work was reasonable.  I will contact Jim for all future projects.
