I scouted the area for numerous quotes to have my home painted and was not happy with either the price or the contractor's demeanor. Fortunately, I located Luther Sikes through a realtor. Luther was very easy to talk to as he surveyed the entire townhome before giving me the most reasonable quote. He stayed within budget and completed the project several days early.
I've done extensive remodeling between Columbia and Charleston; not all contractors are easy to deal with. In other words, they talk a good game but don't know how to play. Luther Sikes was without a doubt a pleasure to work with in all areas; he was very professional, accommodating, dependable, and punctual. I am absolutely delighted with the job done; I would highly recommend Luther Sikes for any painting job.
Luther Sikes is bonded. Originally I left the question blank prior to double-checking. I never indicated he was not bonded, simply left it blank. I've tried to update this twice.
