Technician was knowledgeable and prepared. He also did a thorough, clean job of installing springs and direct drive opener, including time to explain where everything was and how to use the features. Despite being thorough, the job was also completed faster than expected or estimated. The one issue I had was the company's policy of charging a $65 fee if you don't agree to use them during that visit (this was never mentioned until the tech arrived). Luckily I was ready to do the job and the price was reasonable, but ask while scheduling the initial assessment.

Garage door opener quit on a Wednesday afternoon and Precision Door Service was there the next morning to install and upgrade with a new opener, springs and cable. Robert Farley did an excellent installation. Would highly recommend Precision Door Service for any garage door needs.

The technician took the time to familiarize me with the workings of a garage door and provided specific info about the one I had. New owner was not familiar with garage door openers.

He came out right on time, was very knowledgeable. He literally taught me how garage doors worked while he worked. He threw in a free service because the job was much easier fix.

They are super quick to respond and were able to come same day! That was huge for me. I couldn't leave my garage door open until the next day! I also was pleased with the options for repair. They gave me 3 suggestions, all of which would fix the issue, some would just be better long term/prevent the issue from reoccurring. Very positive experience.
