Great. Have been doing business with Peeples for 21 years.

Peeples sent a service man out even though we were out of town as a neighbor let him in. We've used Peeples for many years and have a high degree of trust in them. A/C was fixed but there was some water damage on the bedroom ceiling where the condensation pan had dripped. After we had completed our payment for the service, Peeples sent over a painter who used KILZ on the stain and repainted the entire ceiling at no additional cost. They provided service to the ultimate degree of excellence.

They were awful. They did everything wrong. They did not meet code. They did not bring in the electric company to make the appropriate upgrades and we had to redo it all. The staff seemed pleasant but once they came and got our money, they never returned our calls.

We renovated our house several years ago and put the two HVAC units on the roof, in order to prevent problems with flooding and to create space in our yard. The units were loud and vibrated a lot and prohibited use of our guest room on the third floor. We had contacted several HVAC companies, including the installer, about ways to reduce the noise and vibration. None were able to do anything that made a difference. We then contacted Peeples Heat and Air and they installed a special pad underneath the units. It has made a world of difference on both the noise and the vibrations. We have reclaimed our guest room.
