Slow to provide materials. When the kitchen counters were installed they completely chopped into wall to make the templated and "custom cut" counter section fit. Cut out for cooktop was incorrect and when they returned to fix it, they made it worse. One of the "new" slabs actually had a corner broken off and poorly repaired. All had to be removed and replaced. Appliance installer could not do anything and had to reschedule at additional cost. Bathroom countertop was improperly cut, sink attached and complete unit installed. Plumbing could not be installed do to the improper work done by Palmetto Surfacing. Brand new cabinet now has to be cut up and modified to compensate for inept work by this company. They tried to pawn off broken parts and installed items they knew would not work. This company is the epitome of "I have your money so don't really care any more". Buyer beware and go anywhere else!

Workers broke water shut-off valve under the kitchen sink and flooded my house. Hardwood floors were ruined; sheetrock and insulation had to be torn out; 1st floor ceilings and walls had to be repainted; Owner responded quickly and said that all would be taken care of. Some minor sheetrock repair was done initially. After 8 weeks the matter was turned over to his insurance company. 4 weeks later a settlement offer was made. I am still several weeks from repairs. Insurance would not pay for full replacement and deducted for appreciation. Owner refused to pay the difference or to compensate for 12+ weeks of inconvenience and time. Essentially, they ruined my house and I had to partially pay to have the repairs done. The owner refused my emails and phone calls. I would not recommend this company because of their poor customer service.

Lex, Brian, Robbie, and Jason with Palmetto Surfacing did a fantastic job installing our new quartz countertops. They were on time, friendly, and always willing to answer our questions. These guys are real professionals and it shows in the final product. I can't compliment them enough. I will definitely use Palmetto Surfacing again for other countertop projects. Well done!

Excellent.  All the staff was very professional from sales to office schedulers and installers. Worked with us on install dates, said they would remove old on Monday and install new on Thursday.  They did exactly,  called before showing up, and was on time. Excellent seam job, caulking etc.  $69 sq ft installed and old removed.  About  33 sq ft we have. $200 to remove old, and $200 to install new undermount sink.

Provider was on time and on budget. Came back for work on range cut-out and edge polishing. Edges never quite met our expectation, and the sink measurement was a little off. To be fair, we have been told that Uba Tuba granite does not polish well on the edges. Wish we had known before buying it. Provider offered to re-install, but we were too far along, and negotiated a credit which was acceptable. They worked well with us throughout.

Palmetto Surfacing was used by our cabinet contractor to provide the granite countertop cutting and installation. We could not be more pleased with the fast and professional job they performed. The Palmetto Surfacing installers were very punctual, professional and efficient. We are thrilled with the outcome.

They did the job very well. They were very good. I love everything about them. The guy that came initially kind of coordinated everything. The guy that came later also was good. I have no complaints with them whatsoever.
