They come out once a month. I don't have any bugs in my house. They are always prompt and are there when they say they will be.

After my daughter kept waking up with bites repeatedly, we called 2 different companies to come out for an inspection for bedbugs. They both informed us that there was no bedbugs: that it must be some kind of allergy. She continued to have the bites, and after attempting to change her bedding (again), we actually found a live bedbug. We called Orkin because we felt they had a and quot;nationwideand quot; reputation for being one of the top companies.
The Orkin representative said again that there was no sign of the bugs, even though we had the bug in a jar; and therefore didn't charge for the inspection.
After he left, my husband completely dismantled the bed and bed frame. He did find an infestation of bed bugs.
The company that is going to do the treatment, came out and inspected the room and found evidence on base boards, under edges of carpet of a long term infestation.
I am VERY disappointed that Orkin (supposedly experts) completely missed this.

We have had our termite protection with Orkin since 1986. Initial treatment was done and moisture barrier was installed. Every year the bond or insurance to keep the protection in place was raised until this year it was $352.40. There was never any retreatment done in all these years (which we thought was standard practice). We followed their recommendations for new foundation vents, rain spouts, having insulation replaced in crawl space.
This year we were given a very brief inspection and the representative that came then told us we needed to retreat for both kinds of
termites and have a new moisture barrier installed after they and quot;scrubbedand quot;and sealed all wood in crawl space to the tune of $6696 which included a $250/year renewal fee payble four years in advance!
Needless to say we are going with another Angie recommended company.

Excellent customer service. They do exactly what they say they will do. Their rates are competitive, but their service is superior. In addition, their stuff works - I have no pests. Lea is excellent - she is an outstanding employee and represents the company very well.

We had a horrible infestation of palmetto bugs when we moved into our home. Once we got Orkin for the pest control, we had no more issues with bugs and have not had to call them out in betweent he quarterly treatments. The other pest company treatment did not seem to work as well as Orkin's treatment.We looked into adding a termite bond through Orkin through our home and unfortunately the rate was not competitive. So we may leave Orkin if the new termite company we select offers competitive pest control to Orkin. We recommend and are reviewing only the Pest Control portion of Orkin's service and not the Termite treatment.

I have no idea about their charges because it's on auto pay. They're just very personable. I have a regular guy that comes out and so I know him. They've been pretty effective and they've been able to get rid of the bugs. I will continue to use them in the future.

I've used them for years. I have an annual contract with them. They are very professional, courteous and dependable. They do a thorough job. I am happy with them.

Orkin does a good job because I don't ever see any bugs.

Other than what I just wrote, everything went easy.
