+ -1 moreWe were out in fifteen minutes as we had already looked at the website and knew what we wanted. No pressure from the salesperson and he opened the door when he saw us sitting in the parking lot before scheduled opening time. Very pleasant.

Description of Work: They delivered a mattress that was defective and had a tag with a date that was 6 months prior to my purchase date which indicated it was likely "used" and "returned." It had several stains, imperfections in the stitching and construction and was not even all "latex" foam as advertised, but had polyurethane in the mattress. We were able to return it but only with paying the restocking fee too. That fee given that we tipped the delivery crew a total of $80 for delivery and pickup seems unfair. Anyway, the main point of discontent is the dishonesty in the sale of an inferior product.

Description of Work: The man at the store let us browse without hanging on us. When we chose 2 full size mattress sets we just went to him, and asked our questions.

+ 0 moreOverall good experience. The salesperson was very pleasant but didn't seem to have a lot of knowledge about the product.. The mattress was at the upper end of their price point and we were told they normally sell this particular model to hotels. The mattress we chose is comfortable but I find it necessary to flip it often as it is already conforming to our body shapes.
Description of Work: Wanted to purchase locally as much as possible for our new home and discovered Charleston Mattress when researching bed options. Mattresses are made locally and compared favorably with national brands.
