This individual Karsten McFresh and his company took over the responsibility for our lawn treatment, care and maintenance in October 2012. Each month, we would chronicle his (lack of) progress in dated photographs. We would either send these photographs by email to him, or we would try to have a word with his workers when they visited our home. All efforts were ignored.
When we questioned McFresh a few days ago for the umpteenth time, he just quit without notice. We had even predicted that he would quit because he had never shown any interest in addressing or fixing our problems. He claaimed to be a highly educated professional, with very extensive experience in turf technology and golf course maintenance.
They say " a picture is worth a thousand words"...we have explicit pictures to share with you of our yard a few days ago. These pictures show you how our yard looks after almost one year of this man's service. HOW COULD ANYONE WITH CLAIMS OF BEING A GOLF-COURSE AND TURF PROFESSIONAL PRODUCE A YARD LIKE THIS. THE PICTURES ARE DATE-STAMPED. HOW CAN WE SHARE THESE PICTURES WITH YOU ?

He comes twice a month and I cannot say enough nice things about him. They are very responsive to emails. If I have a problem, they are here the next day. They just do an all round good job. They go above and beyond. They always exceed my expectations. They are courteous, friendly and kind. They are very helpful.

I would absolutely recommend them to anybody at any time. Their charges are different each month because sometimes they have to put down different treatments.
