I had the pleasure of working with Myriad Painting during the remodeling of my new home located in Grand Oaks subdivision. I purchased the home in November of 2013 and had limited time in which to completely remodel the home prior to my scheduled move in date.
From the beginning it was apparent that Myriad cared about the end result of my entire project rather than adhering to a rushed schedule. I was surprised at the amount of time and attention to detail that this company put in to helping me pick paint colors and accent walls. Once the colors were decided upon, Myriad spent additional time with me consulting on the perfect granite and hardwood flooring to complement the paint colors I wished to use.
I had a number of contractors involved in this remodeling project. Myriad is the only company that completed its portion of the project on time and without incident. Additionally, it is the only company that I worked with that did not have hidden costs or last minute cost increases. In fact, when I called Myriad to come in to touch up the paint due to significant damaged caused by other contractors, I was not charged. I was shocked and impressed. Myriad charged a fair and reasonable price to paint the interior of my home. They did an excellent job in a timely manner. The fact that Myriad returned without charge to repair damage caused by another contractor speaks volumes for this company.
During my dealings with Myriad I learned that it also contracts in various other areas. I was so pleased with this company that I hired it to install my lighting, pressure wash my vinyl siding, driveway, walk ways and wooden fence, all of which look brand new. My new neighbors are also impressed and have requested the services of Myriad based on its exceptional work at my home.
This is my second remodeling project in the last 3 years. Myriad is one of less than a handful of companies that I would recommend without hesitation.
