MC CLAIN MOVING & STORAGE

I called McClain to move a tanning bed from my daughter's home to my home.  The move was scheduled for the same afternoon.  The movers arrived at my daughter's home at the scheduled time.  After loading the tannining bed on the truck, they called me to tell me they were on the way to my home and gave me an estimated time of arrival.  They arrived within minutes of the estimated time and placed the tanning bed in the designated place.  I am very satisfied with the service provided.

We have used McClain movers twice in that last 12 years for in-state moves. They have very long-term employees and Patricia runs everything and does a great job! They have by far the most reasonable prices both by the hour and by the job. The second time we used them, they realized early in the day that our multitude of "stuff" would not fit on the truck. They organized another truck, 2 more men, told us the additional costs upfront and worked very hard to complete the cross-town move in one day which pleased us greatly. Both times they worked all day very hard with no smoking breaks or down time. Men carried queen sized matress pieces with ease and made heavy furniture look light. They cared about their job and my things and were pleasant to work with. We gave them a cash tip with all of the money we had between ourselves and still felt it was inadequate, because they worked so hard in the blazing heat and for such a long day. We were very pleased both times and would recommend this company highly.
