Staff was very helpful and patient. Even brought us back to their break room to see where they had installed the flooring we were looking to purchase. If they say 'you can't judge a book by its cover' so you need to carry that concept over when you pull into the parking lot or the loading area. Still good products and nice people.

After visiting other higher end showrooms, we stopped in at Lumber Liquidators to look at flooring. The first impression was not good. However, that was quickly overcome by a knowledgeable and helpful salesman. He asked questions and helped us decide what would work well and meet our needs.
We decided on bamboo and we ordered what we needed.
After installation, Lumber Liquidators accepted any full cases as returns and any unused transition pieces.
