I felt like I got a good deal on the hot tub. I had a little problem with the hot tub and they were prompt to fix it. I was happy about that. They were right on top of it and I appreciate them doing it. Everything has been working great since.

The furniture is good quality..the cushions were made of the wrong fabric and had to be made over twice..the original sales manager, who took our order, had left and we were passed from one uncaring person to another.
The original delivery did not have all of the pieces we had ordered and the lamps were the wrong color. It took four months to get an "almost" correct order... the cushions on the dining chairs are still the wrong fabric--but we gave up! They look acceptable.
