Outstanding in every respect!!! Called these folks after having a chain HVAC company come and charge $200 to not fix the problem but present a 2 hour sales pitch. Theses folks were great on the phone, prompt and worked us in quickly. The technician was very knowledgeable and determined the problem in short order. He ordered the part then installed the next day. System is working great now. Great, knowledgeable service at a fair price with no sales pitch. I now have a go to heating and A/C company and when the time comes to replace our system it will be these folks doing it!!

Not well, in my opinion. Technician's knowledge and ability is fine. My review deals with Mr. Owen, the owner, and his unresponsiveness to my attempt to talk with him about the issues and questions I had about/with my unit. I will not speculate as to why he was not responsive. Only after I had told his secretary that I had filed a complaint did any action occur. On May 19, 2017, the secretary informed me the part had just been ordered.

The technician that came out was very great. He seemed knowledgeable and saved me from having to replace my unit so soon. I would recommend this company to anyone.
