Florists
I placed the order for them to deliver flowers. I gave them the business address where the recipient worked. She had been reassigned to another building about 10 miles away and the delivery man took the flowers to her new location. They didn't hesitate to resolve this for me. They didn't even involve me in the situation; they just fixed it and delivered the flowers as promised. I would highly recommend them.
