Terrible communication and very poor customer service. I communicated with them on multiple occasions that I was moving from the residence where I had services and a woman on the phone even said "No problem, we'll take care of this." Now I am receiving collections notices about unpaid balances with them from a property I NO LONGER OWN. Do not waste your time or money on this company. FYI - you can purchase all of the termite control supplies yourself for a fraction of the cost of their overpriced, low quality, services.

Went well. Left phone message. Returned call next day. High higher bond than others. Said had special pricing for Del Webb.

Great, Patrick was a bit late but he was facing rush hour traffic. He did a great job explaining both systems, when to have them refreshed and put us on an automatic refill program. Plus a discount for paying for the whole year up front; only $400 verses $600 on our old service. I would recommend them to anyone.

The pricing was an A because of what they did. We dealt with them on the phone and they were great.

I have a yearly contract with them. It is quick and easy and I do not have to be on board. There is nothing I dislike about them so far. I am happy with all of the quality of their service.

The service went fine, I have used them for almost five years and they come do the work without bothering me at all. One of the things I like about what they do is that they change the poison recipe up every 3 months to prevent the pests from becoming immune. I would recommend them to friends.

I am always called to schedule a time for the technician to come by, but if I can't be home, they can do the work without me.

I have been using HomeTeam Pest Defense for the past 12 years and have been very happy with their service overall.

The technician that did this inspection ( i don't remember his name) did an excellent job going throughout the crawl space inspecting very carefully all the areas. I accompanied him throughout this inspection and he was knowledgeable and pointed out things that might be beneficial to me to better understand how to look for and see if there is or has been any termite activity.

He gave me the final report and pointed out the moisture readings, and made suggestions for helping to prevent termite problems. Again, must say a very helpful individual.

Good but use to be better. They return and can't find the termite stations and keep putting more and more in the yard.

Also always deny the termites are covered in the service agreement.

The guys stay outside. All they do is, ask me to be sure that my dogs are inside. We have giant roaches here. When they treat it, it is fine. They have some sort of treatment where they don't really have to spray that smelly stuff. I don't know what they do outside, but no pets have gotten sick. I have three other pets. They just want them inside for safety reasons. I have some super termites and for those they do bait stations. They plant it in our yards and they check those every three months too to see if anybody has taken the bait then they do some other treatment for most of the termites. They don't do squirrels or raccoons. They keep up with the every three months and they call me just so that I will be able to bring the big dogs in. When I thought I had something in the attic they came and set some traps, but it turned out they were gone. They are very good. We don't pay extra if we have mice. I have had them for all the years I have had the house which is about 24 years.

We originally started with them about four years ago, and we've continued to use them. They've been excellent to work with. We have no bugs!

They are fantastic, they are very professional specially in terms of calling you and meeting the scheduled appointment. They are really good and I do recommend them because they always do a good job and they are very friendly.

I would certainly recommend them. They came out when they were suppose to. The estimate they gave us was exactly what they charged us. We scheduled in June and they came out and did their work.

We've had no problems with them. They show up when they say they're going to show up and it did seem like they are pretty thorough. It was actually a brand new house that we moved into but because of the system the builder put in I think that's the only company that services it. I don't know whether they have a pattern on the system or what but we just with them. I don't really have anything to compare it to you but they have gone up a handful of times. We have not had any major issues. I think we've had a couple of times where we've had heavy rains and have some bugs kind off turn up in the house and they have been out right away to check it out and retreat it.

We are not happy with them. Their price started out reasonable and their service was up to around $800 a year. They had a separate termite inspection and they had a pest inspection and they sprayed for both. They charged us differently and it was done on a quarterly basis. They were there for maybe 20 minutes. They would initially send 2 guys out, but then as it got more expensive for them, they started sending out just one guy who would be done in 30 minutes. It kept getting more expensive and then we put that house up for sale. At that time we had a contract which was till January of this year and I asked them to skip the contract. If in April the contract does not go to anyone else, I will continue with them. They said it was okay. I never asked them to cancel my contract. They skipped that one. April came and I called them, but nobody showed up. Then they said they would send out a person for inspection, but they would have to charge me for a new contract. The person that handles the contracts claimed I had cancelled it. I turned around and another person said that the person I spoke to also said that I cancelled it; I could see what I was up against right then. Their prices were somewhat competitive overall, but once they get the work started they are a little bit pricey. They were always willing to come out whenever I asked them to.

They're prompt. I don't have any problems with what they charge me. Their price and quality of work are excellent. I will use them again in the future.

They do a good job and are quite thorough. They have been so far so good each time. They are quite pricey. I would use them again in the future.
