Just two people came out, Tristan and another employee, took our old fence out and replaced the fence in one day, which I expected them to take two days. I actually sold the wood fence, and they went out of their way to help me load it. They really know their stuff. They are very clean, professional, prompt and cleaned up after themselves. It was a very exceptional experience. In this area, it is hard to find a good service provider. I would highly recommend them. I had ten people over the weekend stop their cars and asked who built our fence.

I received an estimate from the owner of The Reese Fence Comp. (Jim Reese).I gave a deposit, (HUGE MISTAKE on my part). One day I arrived home and the fence was already installed. It was in the wrong place. It was the wrong style of fencing. And they shorted me on the space to be fenced in. I have called in an attempt to get the proper fence installed and in the correct areas. Mr Reese stood me up on more than one occasion. Other times he couldn't meet with me because he was on vacation. I have filed a complaint with the BBB of SC. I am now taking this to The Magistrates court. Mr Reese told me to take him to court as his contracts are rock solid. Jim Reese has treated me extremely rude, sending me multiple emails stating that he would be more than willing to spend the day in court. I would not recommend this fence company. They have a good web site, they are nice during the sales process but in the end: They are unqualified business owners steeling money for poor workmanship.

"REESE FENCE COMPANY INSTALLS OVER 250 FENCES PER YEAR IN THE GREATER CHARLESTON AREA. THE JOB TO WHICH THE MEMBER IS REFERRING WAS COMPLETED EXACTLY AS THE CONTRACT STATED BOTH IN STYLE AND FOOTAGE. THE PRICE PAID BY THE MEMBER WAS LESS THAN THE CONTRACTED AMOUNT. I WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF ANY CONCERNS OVER THE JOB UNTIL I WAS E-MAILED WHILE ON VACATION BY THE MEMBER. I IMMEDIATELY CALLED HIM AND OFFERED TO MEET WITH HIM WHEN I WAS BACK IN TOWN TO ADDRESS HIS CONCERNS. WHEN I CALLED HIM THE DAY AFTER I RETURNED TO TOWN HE REFUSED TO MEET WITH ME. THIS WAS A VERY SMALL JOB THAT WAS COMPLETED AHEAD OF SCHEDULE AND ACCORDING TO CONTRACT. MY OPINION IS THAT HE HAS (BEING IN THE REAL ESTATE MARKET) REGRETTED HIS DECISION TO HAVE A FENCE INSTALLED AND HAS RUN SHORT OF FUNDS. IN AN ATTEMPT TO INTIMIDATE MY COMPANY INTO REFUNDING MONIES NOT DUE HIM, HE HAS TRIED TO DAMAGE OUR REPUTATION. HE HAS THREATENED LEGAL ACTION, BUT HAS NOT FOLLOWED THROUGH. PROBABLY BECAUSE OF A SIGNED CONTRACT AND A MORE THAN 6 MONTH TIME DELAY BEFORE MAKING MENTION OF A COMPLAINT. 1 UPSET CUSTOMER IN 250 IS 1 TOO MANY. HOWEVER, THERE ARE UNREASONABLE AND UNSCRUPULOUS PEOPLE IN THIS WORLD. ALSO, THE SC BBB HAS CLOSED THIS MATTER DUE TO IT'S OWN INVESTIGATION. PLEASE CONTACT THEM IF YOU HAVE FURTHER CONCERNS."
